PURPOSE:To facilitate the suspending work of a crane, by providing a pulse encoder which generates a pulse signal in response to the movement of a load suspending wire rope and an up down counter which performs counting in response to the output. CONSTITUTION:The pulse encoder 1 generates a phase pulse signal PE in response to the rotating direction of a shaft 1a which is rotated in the forward or reverse directions in association with the movement of the wire rope 140 of the crane 100. The up down counter 4 up counts the pulse signal PE when an up signal St is applied, and down counts the signal PE when the signal St is not applied. The result is applied to the other input of a computing circuit 9 as a position counted value DP. In this constitution, since the load suspending position is automatically detected and displayed, the suspending work of the crane becomes very easy. |
