Arrangement for batchwise gassing of liquid in a container 2 with a gas line 6 emerging into it, especially for production of carbonated beverages. The container has an opening 8 for manual filling of liquid, an opening 19 for tapping of the liquid, and a gas evacuation channel 13. The filling opening 8 is situated in the upper portion of the container 2 and provided with a closure element 11 controlled by the level of liquid in the container and configured so that a gas volume 26 is enclosed in the container 2 when the filling opening 8 is closed by said element 11. Furthermore, the gas evacuation channel 13 emerges from the region for said gas volume 26. Preferably the closure element 11 is constituted by a ball which floats on the liquid 11 and is arranged in a downwardly projecting branch pipe 9 from the filling opening 8. <IMAGE> |
