PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of the installed location thereof by a method wherein a light permeable inner tube, provided in a light permeable outer tube with a gap therebetween and the opening ends thereof are connected to the same of the outer tube, is provided with a solar cell at the outer peripheral wall while a heat collecting member is mounted in the inner tube. CONSTITUTION:Both opening ends of the light permeable outer tube 1 and the light permeable inner tube 2, provided coaxially in the outer tube with the gap 3, are welded each other and the inside of the gap 3 is constituted so as to be non- communicated condition with open air, solar beams reflected by the solar cell 5, formed on the outer peripheral wall of the inner tube 2in a width less than the half circumference thereof, are collected at the substantially central position of the inner tube 2, and the heat collecting member 9 is provided at the central part of the inner tube 2 so as to penetrate adiabatic plugs 8 of rubber or the like sealing both end openings of the inner tube 2. Accarding to this method, the member 9 which is the heat converting section and the cell 5 which is an electric converting section are incorporated integrally, therefore, the installed place thereof may be utilized effectively. |
