PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibrations to occur in a transient term until a carriage reaches ordinary speed. SOLUTION: When rotating a stepping motor 22 for driving carriages 11 and 12, an input pulse frequency to be applied to the stepping motor is increased at every prescribed divided time from the rotation start of the stepping motor 22 to the normal rotating speed. The increment of this input pulse frequency is set so as not to be coincident with the n-fold (n) is a natural number} peculiar vibration number of a scan driving system provided with the carriages 11 and 12, stepping motor 22 and intermediate transmission equipment. |
