PURPOSE:To reduce evil influence upon a following correcting function by writing the value, which shows that an error was detected previously, in the memory of a CRC. CONSTITUTION:Data L1n, R1n-Qn are extracted from a pseudo video signal and then written in a data memory over the arithmetic of a CRC. At this time, the ''BAD'' signal showing that an error was detected previously is written in the area where the arithmetic results of the CRC regarding the data L1n-Qn are to be written. This operation is repeated not less than once with regard to data R1n following the data L1n and in the same area of the memory of the CRC, the[1]showing an error was detected previously is written securely. At the point of time of a new arithmetic result of the CRC, the written[1]is rewritten into the value of the new arithmetic result of the CRC. |
