<p>Compounds of the formula$(8,)$ wherein Y is OH, R?4COO, (R5)¿2NCOO or R6O, whereby R4 is an alkyl group having 1-5 carbon atoms or a possibly substituted phenyl group, R5 is an alkyl group having 1-5 carbon atoms and R6 is an allyl or benzyl group, R1 is an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms, R2 is an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, and R3 is an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms, processes and intermediates for their preparation, pharmaceutical preparations and methods of treatment employing such compounds. The compounds are useful for therapeutic purposes, especially for treatment of disorders in the central nervous system.</p> |
