PURPOSE:To facilitate setting a slice level to make the adjustment for change unnecessary, by inducing detection voltages, which are different from one another, by a rotating magnetic field which acts upon a detector for magnetic bubble detection and a detector for noise cancelling simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The internal resistance of a detector A' for magnetic bubble deetection is set to a value larger than that of a detector B' for noise cancelling. A detection current (i) supplied to detectors A' and B' is kept equal. Consequently, when the rotaing magnetic field for driving magnetic bubbles acts upon detectors A' and B' similarly, rotating magnetic fields vF' and vF'' generated as respective detection voltages vA' and vB' are not equal to each other. As the result, a difference DELTAvF between rotating magnetic fields is included in an input voltage v1' of a sensing circuit. When a detection voltage v1' is inputted to the sensing circuit at a time point T1, it is compared with a slice level vS', and the voltage vi' outputs an output voltage vO' at a positive period T'. At a time point T2 when magnetic bubbles do not approach the detector A', the voltage vO' is not generated. |
