<p>Novel class of heterocyclic amidinourea and heterocyclic amidinothiourea compounds wherein the heterocyclic substitution is at the 1-N urea nitrogen atom. These compounds exhibit pharmaceutical activity and may be incorporated into pharmaceutical preparations for producing anti-ulcerogenic, antisecretory, antispasmodic, antimotility, cardiovascular, antidiarrheal or antiparasitic action.</p> |
