PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of damages due to breakage of a shear pin and to enable to alarm breakage of the pin, by employing an arrangement capable of shifting an upper piece of the weak-point pin upward and a lower piece downward, and closing an electric circuit when the upper piece of the pin is moved upward. CONSTITUTION:When a shear pin 9 is broken, an upper piece of the pin 9 is moved by the repulsive force of an upper spring 16 to a position where its flange 15 is held in contact with a stopper plate 20, while a lower piece of the pin 9 is moved to the bottom of the pin hole, so that a gap 29 is formed at the broken shank portion 13. The gap 29 serves to prevent interference of the broken faces 14 of the pin 9 to the movement of an upper guide vane lever 3 and a lower guide vane lever 2 and to protect them against damages. Further, since current is passed through lead wires 24, 27 when an upper terminal bolt 23 comes into contact with a lower termina bolt 26, it is enabled to detect breakage of the weak-point pin 9 and to give alarm to the same. |
