<p>79D-3587 IMPROVED MEANS FOR SUPPORTING A WORKPIECE DURING MODERATE WORKING OPERATIONS An improved vise for supporting a workpiece during moderate to light working operations comprises first and second jaw members and a support means formed of a polymer plastic. The support means comprises a support body for the jaw members and a base body. The support body includes a bowl shaped segment which is received in a cavity of the base body. A restraining means enables repositioning of the support body at a plurality of different orientations and for restraining the body at a selected orientation.</p> |
