PURPOSE:To automatically locate the end of the coil by installing a pulse disk having jagger to the outer circumference, a detection switch of the jagger and a device to stop the drum to the uncoiler drum. CONSTITUTION:The first proximity switch 5 is installed to the outer circumference of the uncoiler drum 7 installed on the rotating shaft 3, corresponding to the first pulse disk 4 having plural number of jagger to the circumference, and the second proximity switch 10 is installed corresponding to the second pulse disk 9 concentrically installed to the holding roll 8 of the coiled material 6 inserted to the drum 7. Further, a counter (not indicated in the figure) which recives pulse signals from the switches 5 and 10, calculates, compare with the preset pulse number and stops the reversible driving motor 1, is installed. For example, when the motor 1 is driven by setting the coil end with the first location 11, the signal from the switch 5 is counted and the time of the coil end will arrive to the second lacation is decided by the counter and the motor 1 is stopped. |
