PURPOSE:To increase structural dynamical strength and safety of a bottom wall and heat insulating foundation, by providing plural filler holes to the distorted bottom wall of an external tank and injecting foaming mortar, press fed from a pump, into a cavity part. CONSTITUTION:Plural spacers 15 are arranged on tank foundation 2 at a uniform space, and external tank bottom walls 4 are formed and placed on the foundation while welding steel plates. Then a side wall 5 is vertically provided to the bottom wall 4 by the steel plate, simultaneously through holes are drilled in the bottom wall 4, and filler ports 17 and air bleed ports 18, having a plug, are vertically provided in this through hole part. When the bottom wall 4 is deformed by distortion to waveform shape, foaming mortar is injected by a gun to a cavity part A from the filler port 17 provided to a protruded part of the bottom wall. And then after the foaming mortar is solidified, the both ports 17, 18 are removed, and a back plate 19 is welded to enclose the mortar, then foaming concrete 20 is provided, further an internal tank bottom plate 10 is laid. |
