PURPOSE:To form a double-colored formed article secure against exfoliation, in the method of receiving a primary-colored formed article in a certain metal die, injecting a molten secondary-coloring forming material and uniting the formed article with the forming material, by using the primary formed article provided with specified grooves. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin material having a desired color (e.g. black) is injection-molded into a primary formed article 3 provided with a couple grooves 4, whose inner parts are wider than their outlet parts, at its opposite sides (a mark 3a is a pattern projected from the surface). After said primary formed article 3 is received in a certain metal die, another synthetic resin material 5 having a different color (e.g. gray) is injection-molded in the metal die. Consequently, a double-colored formed article, whose bonding strength is further enhanced by the material 5 having flowed into the grooves 4, is obtained. |
