PURPOSE:To prepare a pasty food of a krill having a good taste, by blending a fresh krill with the yellow, grinding and stirring them into fine particles. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. fresh krill is blended with 5-100pts.wt. the yellow (and the white), ground and stirred at a temperature between -15 deg.C and 10 deg.C into fine partices, to give a pasty food of a krill. |
