PURPOSE:To obtain the titled bean curd, by filling a bean curd layer and seasoning sauce layer containing gelatin in divided plural layers in the same container and useful as 'MABODOFU' [bean curd fried with Welsh onion, seasoning such as 'TOBANJAN' (prepared by fermenting broad bean and red pepper), dogtooth violet starch, etc.], etc., without migrating ingredients of the seasoning sauce into the bean curd and impairing the flavor of the bean curd. CONSTITUTION:A bean curd layer 3 and seasoning sauce layer 1 containing gelatin and normally gelatinized but capable of being sol by heating are divided into plural layers and filled in the same container 2 to afford the aimed bean curd. |
