INSULATING FINISH ADHESIVE TAPE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An insulating finish adhesive tape and material and preparation method thereof are provided which have an affinity for environment and a safety environment in manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: An insulating finish adhesive tape and material and preparation method comprising a non woven fabric impregnated with an adhesive liquid, the adhesive liquid comprises (a)from 55 to 70% by weight of filling liquid containing from 70 to 100 parts of water, from 1 to 2 parts of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, from 70 to 100 parts of filler, and from 3 to 5 parts of pigment; (b)from 30 to 45% by weight of resin solution containing from 15 to 20 parts of polyvinylidenechloride resin or pentabromodiphenyloxide, from 60 to 80 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate-acrylterpolymer emulsion and from 15 to 20 parts of paraffin chloride emulsion or tricresylphosphate. The adhesive tape having excellent weather resistance, water resistance and fire resistance can be obtained by using the adhesive liquid. The heat conservation and insulating material is wound on a pipe(1) and than the adhesive tape(3) is wound on it.
