<p>PURPOSE:To permit editing of magnetic tapes through finger-tip operation by muting a recording signal line for the prescribed period determined by the time constant of an electric charging-discharging circuit responding to an editor switch. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C for an electric charging-discharging circuit is connected between the input terminal of a Schmitt trigger circuit 21 and ground. The output terminal of the circuit 21 is connected to the control input terminal of a muting circuit 22. The input terminal of the circuit 22 is connected to a signal source 23 which supplies recording signals and the output terminal thereof to the input terminal of a recording amplifier 24. When an editor switch S0 is operated, a source (+Vcc) voltage drives a control circuit 26 which in turn runs the motor of a motor switching circuit 27. The circuit 26 stops the motor by detecting the end of the muting state of the circuit 22.</p> |
