<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the picture input operation without the preparation of data sheets in advance, by describing a searching item in a describing column and giving the result to a processor, thorough the provision of the describing column describing a searching key item of picture information with a prescribed form for a specified position of an original paper. CONSTITUTION:An original paper for contract used for a picture information processor A is provided with a space S sufficiently assuring the descripition of the contract content, and a describing column 1 of a prescribed form describing the searching key items of picture information stored in the processor A. This original paper is described with the described content and the searching key items, the original paper is deposited in an input section 4 of the processor A to picture the described content of the space S of the original paper and the searching key items of the describing column 1 at the same time. Next, the operator inputs the input information from a key section 6 while referencing the searching key items pictured on a display 5, and records the describing content of the original paper and the searching items in a storage device in the processor A, allowing to simplify the input operation.</p> |
