PURPOSE: A method for producing a drawn yarn of nylon filament is provided to reduce the costs by sticking small amount of adhesive component at sizing, and to improve the quality and the appearance. CONSTITUTION: A drawn yarn of nylon filament is produced by: pre-interlacing in a device of pre-interlacer(7) after emulsion-processing a spun undrawn yarn of nylon filament(1) to become the 0.4-0.9 pickup rate of emulsion with an emulsion roller or an emulsion jet(2); drawing and thermally fixing between a first godet roller(3) and a second godet roller(4); and interlacing with a main interlacer device(5) under the 2-6% relaxing rate. The method reduces the costs of after processing of yarn, and improves the quality of fabric. |
