PURPOSE: A method for producing a fabric having a cubic pattern is provided to improve the productivity, to be made in a cubic form, and to prevent the decolorization or the modification during washing. CONSTITUTION: A producing process of fabric comprises the steps of: making a fabric(20) by weaving with standing a wool(22a) on the surface of a knitted fabric(21) woven with a synthetic fiber; removing the wool(22a) in the shape of pattern by putting a screen(50) formed a porous pattern(51) on the wool(22a) in the state of fixing the knitted fabric(21), and by spreading a solvent(30) on the surface of the wool(22a) through the porous pattern(51) using a blade(80) slid on the screen(50); washing with a washing device(W1) to remove the solvent(30) remained in the wool(22a) and the melted wool(22a); drying the washed knitted fabric(21) with hot wind by a heater(H1); and storing with rolling after drying. The screen(50) is made of a silk screen or a metal thin film, and the solvent is mixed with the liquid caustic soda and an aqueous glue(32) at the rate of 80: 20. |
