PURPOSE:To obtain a light shield screen useful for television receiver, etc. without surface roughness, by laminating a transparent glass plate, a photo sensing resin content layer and a transparent picture carrier having stripes and a lattice pattern and irradiating active ray to remove a non-exposed part, and dying the exposed part. CONSTITUTION:A transparent glass plate, a photo sensing resin content layer (e.g., layers of contents of prepolymer contg. polymerizable ethylenic unsaturated group and if required ethylenic unsaturated monomer, photopolymerization sensitizer, and thermopolymerization inhibitor) and transparent picture carrier having patterns of stripes or lattice consisting of straight lines of transparent and non-transparent parts (e.g., negative film for photoengraving by silver salt image) are laminated in the order, exposure is made by irradiating activate rays (e.g., mercury arc rays, etc.) from the transparent picture carrier, then non-exposed parts of the carrier and the photo sensing resin component are removed, and the exposure of the photo sensing resin component is dyed to manufacture the titled screen. |
