PURPOSE:To enhance long-term storage stability and to prevent background staining after development, by adding another titanate coupling agent to a photosensitive layer consisting mainly of a diazo compound and a coupler formed on a support. CONSTITUTION:A coupling agent of titanate, such as isopropyl-triiso-stearoyl titanate or tris(dioctylpyrophosphate)ethylene titanate, is added to a photosensitive layer consisting mainly of a diazo compound such as 4-diazo-N,N-dimethylaniline, and a coupler, such as pyrocatechol or beta-naphthol formed directly or with a precoat layer on a support such as paper, thus permitting the obtained binary type diazo copying material to be enhanced in long-term storage stability and prevented from background staining after development. |
