PURPOSE:To record a video signal satisfactorily by a simple constitution provided with a means for executing time division in accordance with a synchronizing signal contained in the video signal, and a memory for storing each time- divided video signal. CONSTITUTION:As for a video signal inputted to an input terminal 13, a horizontal synchronizing signal 22 is fetched by a horizontal synchronizing signal separating circuit 18. This signal is counted by a 4-bit counter 20, and an output 24 of lower 2 digits of this counter 20 shows the same output at 4 pulses each. As for signal lines 30a-30d of a 4-bit binary-decimal converting circuit 21, switches SW1-SW4 become an on-state at every T seconds, and a video signal corresponding to 1H is stored in CCDs 15a-15d. In this way, the video signal is stored in T seconds, and its output is executed in 3T seconds. An output from each CCD is recorded in parallel on tracks 11a-11d of a magnetic tape by a multihead 16. |
