PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product having a high accuracy by providing a mold clamping and injecting station and a mold opening and closing station with a cooling station and providing mold feeding means for sequentially feeding a pair of upper and lower molds to the respective stations, thereby shortening a molding cycle. CONSTITUTION:After a resin is injected into molds 7, 8 via a mold clamping and injecting station 11 in an injection molding work, upper and lower molds 7, 6 are fed to a cooling station 12 as remained in the locked state, and the molded product is cooled in the station 12. Then, the molds 7, 6 are fed to a mold opening and closing station 13, the lock of the molds 7, 8 is released, the die 7 is reised, the removal of the molded product and the insertion of an insert are then performed, and the molds are again closed. In this manner, a molding cycle is shortened, and a molded product having a high accuracy can be obtained. |
