PURPOSE:To fractionate a domain, and to reduce core loss by forming partial discharge marks to the surface of the directional electromagnetic steel plate. CONSTITUTION:Discharge electrodes such as needle-shaped discharge electrodes 3 are arranged at the intervals of D=0.5mm. in the width direction of the directional electromagnetic steel plate 1 previously finished and annealed, the discharge marks 2, diameters thereof are approximately d=0.25mm., are formed to the surface of the steel plate, and such discharge mark rows are shaped at the intervals of l=5mm. in the direction of rolling. The discharge marks may be disposed rectiflinearly. Accordingly, core loss can be reduced because the domain is fractionated. |
