PURPOSE:To form a low and a high uniform temperature areas with one furnace by providing an outlet on an air flow discharge side and an external air intake on an air flow fan suction side, and then adjusting the temperature in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:An air outlet 11a is provided between the discharge side 7a of an air flow fan 7 and a heater zone 6, and an air intake 13a is also provided on the suction side 7b of the fan 7 and at distance from a treatment zone 10. For the operation of the furnace 2 in a low temperature range, the degree of opening of a dumper 12 provided to a discharge duct 11 is adjusted and an air flow fan 7 is rotated. Then, part of the air in the furnace body 2 to be sent from the discharge side 7a to the heater zone 6 is discharged from the air outlet 11a in front of the heater zone 6 and low-temperature air flows into the furnace 2 through the air intake 13a, thus forming the low temperature area. For the operation in a high temperature area, the dumper 12 of each discharge duct 11 is opened fully and the fan 7 is rotated to circulate the air in the furnace body 2 in the heater zone 6 and a treatment zone 10. |
