The invention in question refers to a procedure for the production of containers for solid or floating material, which containers are built up from modules. The composite container's casing displays a curved cross section. The procedure, according to the invention, is innovative in that a primary covering layer (1), made of a material with good traction and pressure resistance, is applied to a moulding unit. Thereafter, one or more layers (2) of an isolating distance material is applied with the capacity to absorb shearing stress on the primary covering layer (1), whereby the isolating distance material is moulded to its final shape. Another covering layer (3) is now applied onto the isolating layer (2). A fixing agent is applied to at least one of the contact surfaces between two layers, which takes place in conjunction with a layer being placed on top of another layer. The layers are pressed together, for example via vacuum pressing, in order to retain secure contact between the layers. These modified modules are then joined together to create a container, via an implement (4,4';5), which binds the modules to each other.<IMAGE> |
