<p>The pipe valve comprises a body with a horizontal cylindrical passage forming a seat face, and a plug with an elastomer sealing strip sliding vertically in a guide. The strip bears against the seat face and is of the same shape. Seen at right angles to the axis (x-x) of the passage (4), the sealing line (61) of the seat is cruciform, and is formed by two sealing half-lines, together having a wedge shape. These lines can intersect roughly in the horizontal diametral plane of the passage.</p> |
