<p>The pulley block has an inner pulley (1) formed from two sheet steel pressings (16,17) welded together (23). A cage (2) is made up of two pressings (12,13) which are fitted either side of the pulley prior to welding (27). The pulley and cage are contoured (14,15,18,19) to form two housings for the ball races (4,5). The pulley block is completed with a spindle (10) and two side flanges (11).</p> |
