PURPOSE:To remove oil in order to make the cleaning easy, by providing inverted V-shaped smoke arresting ducts with the arresting ports inward downwardly toward a heater, and attaching detachably a filter to the inclined section from the outside. CONSTITUTION:The smoke evolved from the heater 1 is sent by a blower 10 via the arresting ports 4 to the ducts 3. At this time, the air that has been purified by the removal of the oil by the filter 6 is discharged as shown by the reference numeral 12 from the duct 3 via a frame 8. As the filter 6 can be readily detached from a port 5, the cleaning will become easy, and if the oil arrested by the filter 6 drops, as the filter 6 is located in the inclined section, the oil drop would flow to the arresting port 4, and not flow into the frame 8, and therefore the cleaning will be simple. |
