PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply safe water, and to efficiently supply water different in a water quality by supplying a part of clean water to an inversely permeating membrane module by branching off a water supply pipe, and respectively sending permeated water and concentrated water obtained thereby through second/ third water supply pipes. SOLUTION: Clean water pressurized by a pressurizing pump 8 arranged in a water supply main pipe 1 is mostly sent as it is to respective rooms through a water supply pipe 7, and a part is supplied to an inversely permeating membrane module 11 arranged by branching off the supply pipe 7. The clean water supplied to the inversely permeating membrane module 11 is separated into permeated water and concentrated water, the permeated water is sent to the respective rooms through a high quality water pipe 9 and the concentrated water is sent to the respective rooms through a low quality water pipe 9, respectively to thereby obtain three kinds of water different in a water quality such as untreated clean water, the permeated water and the concentrated water separated by the inversely permeating membrane module 11 to efficiently supply water different in a water quality according to use.
