PURPOSE:To obtain a combustion wick which can burn stably, by spraying silicic anhydride, containing mineral pigment dispersedly, to the whole part of a fuel atomizing part, with its content and adsorption gradually decreased from the top of an atomizing part toward the lower part. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion coating of silicic anhydride in which mineral pigment is dispersed, is soaked and absorbed into the whole part of a fuel atomizing part 3, with the content and the adsorption of mineral pigment gradually decreased from the top end of a fuel atomizing part 3 toward the lower part. With such an arrangement, the top end of a fuel atomizing part is apt to be heated up to high temperature, because atomization is restricted, as the diameter of pores of an atomizing part is decreased in some degrees by mineral pigment and silicic anhydride being sprayed over it. As a result, a very small quantity of constituents, contained in the fuel, which have high boiling points and of which properties are degenerated, become easy to be thermal-decomposed. In addition, their catalytic reaction is activated and their thermal decomposing action is accelerated, because mineral pigment and silicic anhydride are dispersed to the whole part of atomizing part, and is abosrbed into the inside of it. |
