An assembly intended for use in a centrifuge rotor and consisting of a centrifuge test tube holder and an aerosol-tight container is described, the canister which receives the centrifuge test tubes being of transparent construction and closeable in an aerosol-tight manner. The structure for holding the test tubes in the canister is also constructed in such a way that the test tubes as a whole and their stage can be viewed and observed through the transparent canister.
