<p>PURPOSE:To remove the org. solvent component in exhaust gas by adsorption without lowering adsorbing function and to effectively utilize the waste heat from a dehumidifier, by interposing an activated carbon deodorizing apparatus to an exhaust duct and providing a rotor type dehumidifier. CONSTITUTION:The high humidity air containing an evaporated org. solvent discharged from the discharge treatment chamber 6 of a painting booth with an air supply system through an exhaust duct 9 by the suction force of an exhaust fan 8 is allowed to pass through the treated air passing surface 13a of the rotor 13 of the rotor type dehumidifier 12 interposed to the exhaust duct 9 to become dry air through the adsorption of moisture. Next, this dry air is sent to an activated carbon deodorizing apparatus 11 and the org. solvent component in air is adsorbed and removed by an activated carbon bed. The heated air for regeneration passing through the regenerated air passing surface 13b to be subjected to the discharge of the moisture in the rotor 13 is sent to an air conditioner 1 by a blow fan 14 to become the humidifying source of a humidifier 15 or the heat source of heaters 16, 17.</p> |
