PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency and to utilize a parts store space effectively so as to make the device compact by using a construction that a high frequency oscillator is slided along a waveguide for fitting or removal. CONSTITUTION:A waveguide 2 is mounted on the upper wall of an oven 1, then a magnetron 3 is fitted to the waveguide 2. That is, a leading piece 8 of a slide plate 6 provided on the magnetron 3 is placed on this side, and the slide plate 6 is inserted into holding sections 5, 5 starting with the edge of the opposite side. When the magnetron 3 is pushed in along the waveguide 2, the slide plate 6 slides along the holding sections 5, 5. An antenna section 3A is inserted into the waveguide 2 through a gap 4. The leading piece 8 is further slided until it gets into contact with the end face of the waveguie 2 so as to close the gap 4. |
