In a disengageable, positively locked carrier device for moulds with a second mould separation, with a carrier device for the mould plate to be drawn, a tensioning element of the travelling mould part and a locking element of the fixed mould part, for the use as an externally attached carrier device, the aim is to reduce the overall height and furthermore for the carrier device to transmit larger tensile forces. For this purpose, a tension sleeve (1), catch sleeve (3), control rod (5) and carrier (8) are designed as right-angled flat components and the catch elements as rolls (2) which are arranged in the vertically upright sides of the tensioning sleeve and can be inserted into a mating surface (8a, 8b) of the carrier (8) corresponding to the roll shape. <IMAGE>
