PURPOSE:To permit a heat treatment at 400-500 deg.C without processing interlayer insulation solution by using silicone varnish containing color more fine than magnesia powder. CONSTITUTION:A coil is wound around a thin plate rolled troidally to make a magnetic core or a lamination magnetic core. In this case, silicone varnish containing color is used for an interlayer insulation material. Thereby, the heat resisting temperature of the silicone varnish increases over 500 deg.C and the silicone varnish can resist a conventional heat treatment temperature. |
