Colour selection in the scanning of graphics originals

The invention relates to an arrangement for colour selection in the scanning of graphics originals, in particular of cartographic originals, by means of a two-channel scanning unit. In this arrangement, two receiving devices are used to compare from a graphics original a signal dependent on the wavelength of the colour and a signal independent of the wavelength of the colour, the spectrum component is eliminated and assigned to the receiver characteristic.
