CONTROL POWER SOURCE OF MULTIPHASE RECTIFIER

PURPOSE:To secure detection of voltage decrease, by a method wherein a control power source circuit is provided in each phase control circuit and DC voltage decrease of a power source circuit is detected by another power source circuit. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of control power source circuits 12-1-12-4 are installed. If output voltage of the power source circuit 12-1 decreases on account of any reason, the condition is detected by a detecting circuit 13-2. Output from the detecting circuit 13-2 is supplied to a phase control circuit 10-1 and also to phase control circuits 10-2-10-4 through OR elements 20-2-20-4. Unit rectifiers in the failed power source circuit 12-1 is gated and blocked instantaneously and residual unit rectifiers is operated according to gating angle pattern in the failure state provided at the phase control circuit during detecting the abnormal state of the control power source circuit.
