PURPOSE:To obtain the stripping paper of good stripping property with good productivity, by melt-extruding thermoplastic resin added and mixed with radiation-curable silicone type stripping agent and radiation-curing said stripping agent which separates out on a surface by blooming. CONSTITUTION:By extruding heat-melt of thermoplastic resin added and mixed with silicone type stripping agent which cures by irradiation of radioactive ray from a T die 3 the extruded film 5 which separates out said stripping agent on its surface by blooming is obtained and at the same time, if necessary, a substrate 7 is integrally laminated to one face of said extruded film 5 before the stripping agent separates out by said blooming. Then, by irradiating the surface of the extruded film 5 or the laminated film 8 with radioactive ray by a device 10 and curing the stripping agent which separates out on the surface of the extruded film or the laminated film 8 by blooming an aimed stripping paper 11 is obtained.
