PURPOSE:To completely prevent contact corrosion between metals of different kind, by mounting a stainless steel belt material foldably to an aluminum main unit simultaneously binding an aluminum belt material to one side of said stainless steel belt material and press contacting said aluminum belt material to said aluminum main unit with pressing force through said folding of said stainless steel belt material. CONSTITUTION:Rigid trolley is constituted by a synthetic belt material 10', consisting of a stainless steel belt material 11' and aluminum belt material 12', and aluminum main unit 20. Then the main unit 20 is formed to I-shape in a cross section, and its longitudinal both side parts are formed with a supporting insulator mounting seat 21 to one side further a coating head part 22 of said belt material 10' to the other side. In this case, said belt material 10' is formed to almost U-shape in a cross section, further its longitudinal both side edges are folded inside and mounted so as to enclose said head part 22. Then a folded part 10a applies deformation holding power, given to said belt material 11' by plastic deformed parts 11'a, 11'b, to the head part 22, to press contact said belt material 12' to the head part 22. |
