PURPOSE:To reduce the resistance loss of an air electrode and save the material for the air electrode by making the thickness of the air electrode parallel with an electrolyte and increasing it toward the electron flowing direction. CONSTITUTION:A fuel electrode 2, an electrolyte 3, and an air electrode 4 are stacked in sequence on a substrate 1. The thickness of the air electrode 4 is made parallel with the electrolyte 3 and increased toward the electron flowing direction. Accordingly, the resistance loss of the air electrode 4 in the electron flowing direction is reduced. |
