PURPOSE:To ensure the insulating efficiency of long life as well as to increase the productivity for the subject field coil by a method wherein a flat type conductor is wound around allowing to form a gap between layers, and after an electrodeposition coating has been performed according to the condition of a blank coil, armoring insulation is performed using high molecule resin. CONSTITUTION:A blank coil is formed by winding and forming an open flat type conductor 10 allowing to leave a gap part 11 between each conductor. The end section 12 for connection of the blank coil is fixed on a jig 13, and after an electrodeposition coating 14 has been performed on the surface of the flat type conductor 10, an armored insulating layer is formed by performing a dip-coating 15 on the external surface using a high molecule resin such as vinyl chloride resin. As a result, even when the armoring insulation layer 15 was damaged, a magnetic coil 16 having reliable insulating efficiency can be obtained because there exists an electrodeposition-coating film 14, and also the producibility of the magnetic coil can be increased because an interlayer insulating paper is unnecessitated. |
