PURPOSE:To improve the discoloration characteristic of copies by using a semidry type developing method using a developing soln. contg. dialkyl or dialkyl hydroxyl amine or their acid salts for a copying material using a specific diazo compd. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer consisting essentially of a diazo compd. expressed by the formulaIsuch as 4-morpholino-2,5-dimethoxybenzene diazonium chloride or the like and a coupling component forming azo dye images with said diazo compd. is provided directly or via a precoating layer on a substrate. A developing soln. contg. an inorg. or org. alkali, a polyhydric alcohold and/or its ether such as glycol or glycol ether, and dialkyl or dialkylol hydroxylamine or their acid salts is used for said copying material, and said developing soln. is stuck at <=5g/m<2> amt., whereby the images are developed. |
