PURPOSE:To obtain extremely readily, a case of which the entire outer surface is covered with flock by arranging a gusset member having a specific margin to fix the both sides of the bottom face of a specific body member, fusion-bonding it to the inner face of both side edges of the front face, the bottom face etc. of the body member folded in L-shape. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic fiber made outer face sheet 1 having an outer face covered by flock which can be bonded by hot-melting, is laid an a synthetic resin made inner face sheet 2 which is not covered by the said flock. A rigid core material 3 is inserted, being separately arranged, between the outer face sheet 1 and the inner face sheet 2. The both sheets are bonded mutually by melting at their entire periphery and to the core material. Thus, a body member composed of a front face 5, a bottom face 6, a back face 7, a cover face 8 via a freely bendable part 4 is constructed. Also, a pair of the gusset members which have a margin to fix 12 shaped at the entire periphery where the inner and outer faces of the rigid core material 11 are wrapped with the synthetic sheet 10 by fusion-bonding and an upper edge is removed is constituted, its outer face is covered with synthetic fiber by an adhesive and the gusset members are arranged to the both sides of the bottom face of the body member and folded to (e.g.) L-shape inside the margin to fix and fusion-bonded to the inner face of the both side edge of the front face 5, the bottom face 6, the back face 7, thus a case is obtained. |
