PURPOSE:To perform a high-precision and stable working without increasing processes and equipments, by moving a work to a molding position by relative movements of a ram with a cutting die and a cutting punch to mold the outside edge of a biting recess part when a two-way titled tooth is molded. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod 13 for molding of teeth is sent in a direction G and is projected from an end face 19 of a cutting die 3 by a thickness (h) corrsponding to components of one tooth and is fixed, and a set of a ram 1, the die 3, and a molding die 5 is slid from the right end position to the left. An edge part 17 of a cutting punch 8 and an edge part 6 of the die 3 cooperate to cut the wire rod 13 to a tooth work 34. The material 34 is pushed by the edge part in the terminal stage of this sliding and is moved on an end face 20 of the die 5 and is moved to a forming mold part 7 of the die 5. The mold part 7 is in the position for molding; and when the work 34 is moved to this position, a molding punch 9 and a press pad 10 fall and cooperate with the mold part 7 to mold a biting head part and a biting recess part of the tooth. Meanwhile, a cut end 25 of the wire rod 13 has the part of an edge 26 molded to a face by a forming mold 29 which is formed in a corner part 24 between an end face 18 of the punch 8 and a slide face 22. |
