摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain both high power-factor and the high efficiency for the subject rotor by a method wherein a permanent magnet is buried in such a manner that it will be orthogonally intersecting with the axial center of a rotating shaft, the shaft and the core are wedge-coupled by externally fitting a cylindrical core on the outer circumference, and a hole is provided in the core to reduce magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:A rod-shaped permanent magnet 2, which is orthogonally intersecting with the axial center AB of the rotating shaft 1' made of non-magnetic material, is buried and the shaft 1' and the core 5 are coupled using a wedge-shaped groove 7 and a wedge-shaped convex rib by externally fitting the cylindrical rotor core 5 to the outer circumference of the rotor shaft 1'. A magnet- shielding holes 9 and 9', to be used to attenuate the lines of magnetic force 8 and 8', are provided in the core 5. On the core 5, slots 10 which are in parallel with the axial center AB are provided in the circumferential direction maintaining equal intervals, secondary conductors 11 are buried in the slots, both end faces are short-circuited using end rings 12 and 12', and a cage-shaped winding is formed. According to this constitution, the leakage of lines of magnetic force in the circumferential direction in the rotor core 5 caused by the permanent magnet 2 is suppressed, and most of the lines of magnetic force passes through the fixed magnetic pole effectively.
