PURPOSE:To set formed at goods a correct position to prevent the damage of tools of a rectifying material and formed goods, by providing guide bands for grooves and projecting parts of goods in the setting material main body brought into contact with a turntable, in the setting for goods which have said grooves and projecting parts in end faces and have a round section. CONSTITUTION:Guide bands 6 of arc-shaped projecting stripes with the rotation axis of a turntable 1 as the center are provided on the face of a setting material main body which is brought into contact with the turntable 1, and the guide band 6 coincides with the pitch of a die hole 1a. A formed goods (a) has grooves a-2 and a-4 fitted to a projecting stripe 5a of a shoot 5 and is slid and is put into a leading-in hole 3 and is put on a rammer 3a and is put into the hole 1a and is carried together with the turntable 1. At this time, the rammer 3a falls, and the formed goods (a) is supported by a pin 9 to hold the attitude. Next, the formed goods has grooves a-1 and a-3 fitted to the end of the band 6 and is carried to a position 12 facing to a setting punch while being held in a certain direction. The formed goods set there is taken out from the turntable 1 properly. |
