PURPOSE:To listen to voice information by an optimum sound volume level, by controlling its voice level to a level set in advance, when storing or reproducing a voice. CONSTITUTION:When storing a voice, a voice level detecting circuit 11 monitors a level of a voice to be stored, which is sent through a sound source 23, and transfers its voice level information to a sound volume controlling circuit 12. In accordance with its level information, the circuit 12 sends out an amplification degree changing signal to a variable amplifier 17, and in the amplifier 17, the voice level is controlled and made optimum to a prescribed level. On the other hand, when reproducing a voice, the circuit 11 leads in and monitors a level of an output voice of a filter 9, and transfers its voice level information to the circuit 12. In accordance with its level information, the circuit 12 sends out an amplification degree changing signal to a variable amplifier 10. As a result, in the amplifier 10, the voice level is controlled and made optimum to the prescribed level. |
