<p>The device permits the suppression of the frame which appears in an ordered bundle of optical fibres and is due to the arrangement of the fibres, generally in the form of simple bundles in order to form the optical cable. The device comprises on the input side of the entrant lens (2) a first deflecting prism (4) for dispersing the light ray as a function of the wavelength over the entrant face (FE) of the cable (1) so that the image of a point covers several fibres, and on the output side of the exit lens (3) a second prism (5) in order to recombine in an inverse manner the dispersed rays and to reform the image without the frame defect at the exit face (FS). <IMAGE></p> |
